Using Wrenzo

Wrenzo helps you organize vehicle diagnostics, history, reminders, attachments, imports, spending reports, sharing, and transfers.
You are responsible for the information you enter, upload, import, share, or transfer through Wrenzo.
You agree not to use Wrenzo to upload unlawful content, interfere with the service, access another account without permission, or misuse share and transfer links.

Wrenzo provides guidance based on selected symptoms, saved vehicle data, and available resources. It is not a professional inspection, diagnosis, repair instruction, or safety certification.
Do not use Wrenzo as the only basis for deciding whether a vehicle is safe to drive. Use Wrenzo to prepare, then verify safety-critical issues with a qualified mechanic or appropriate professional.
If symptoms affect braking, steering, overheating, oil pressure, warning lights, battery/charging, high-voltage EV systems, or drivability, stop driving when safe and arrange inspection.

Some Wrenzo features may require an account or paid plan. Plan limits, included storage, records, fuel or charge logs, sharing, transfer tools, and other benefits may change as Wrenzo develops.
Beta features may change, break, move, or be removed while Wrenzo is being tested.
If billing is enabled, payment processing may be handled by a third-party provider. Wrenzo should not ask you to send payment card details through support messages or uploads.

Paid plans renew until canceled unless a checkout or billing page says otherwise. Prices, included features, limits, and billing intervals are shown before purchase and may change with notice.
Payment processing, invoices, payment methods, subscription updates, and cancellation may be handled by Stripe or another third-party billing provider.
If you cancel a paid subscription, your paid access may continue until the end of the current billing period, then return to the applicable free or lower plan unless Wrenzo states otherwise.
Refunds, credits, trials, promotions, lifetime access, or manual account adjustments may be offered or declined at Wrenzo's discretion unless required by law.

Plus is intended for normal personal vehicle ownership use. It is not intended for automated bulk activity, commercial fleet management, resale databases, public file hosting, or unusually large storage use without a separate agreement.
Attachment uploads may have a 50 MB per-file limit, and Plus includes 1 GB of attachment storage. Storage, import, export, QR, sharing, transfer, and report activity must remain reasonable for a personal garage.
Wrenzo may contact you, ask you to reduce usage, limit uploads or automation, move an account to a different plan, throttle service, or suspend access if usage creates cost, security, reliability, legal, or abuse concerns.
Lifetime or admin access, if granted, receives Plus-level product access unless Wrenzo states otherwise, but fair-use, safety, and misuse rules still apply.

You keep responsibility for your vehicle records, notes, photos, receipts, attachments, imports, and feedback.
You give Wrenzo permission to store, process, display, and transmit your content as needed to provide the app features you choose to use.
You should keep your own backups of important vehicle records, especially before deleting an account or transferring vehicle history.

Read-only share links can expose vehicle history to anyone with access to the link until the link expires or is revoked.
Vehicle transfer invites are intended to hand off a vehicle history to another owner. Review the recipient email and vehicle contents before creating a transfer.
CSV imports depend on the accuracy and formatting of the file provided. Preview warnings should be reviewed before completing an import.

You can delete your Wrenzo account from Account Settings.
Account deletion is immediate and irreversible once completed. Wrenzo does not keep your vehicles, records, history, reminders, attachments, preferences, or account profile after deletion is complete.
Anonymous or non-identifying beta feedback may be retained if it is submitted separately from account deletion.

Wrenzo may be unavailable during maintenance, beta changes, outages, provider issues, or updates.
Wrenzo may limit or suspend access if an account is misused, creates security risk, violates these terms, or harms other users or the service.
Wrenzo is provided as-is during beta testing, without a guarantee that every result, import, VIN decode, safety finding, reminder, or report will be complete or accurate.

These terms may be updated as Wrenzo adds features, subscriptions, integrations, mobile apps, or new account controls.
