How Wrenzo Uses Information

  • To provide Garage, Logbook, diagnostics, reminders, imports, sharing, transfers, spending reports, and account settings.
  • To save and sync your vehicle history, enforce account plan limits, manage subscriptions or plan access, and support account deletion.
  • To improve Wrenzo, troubleshoot bugs, and respond to support requests when you contact Wrenzo or choose to share product improvement telemetry.
  • To decode VINs, match vehicle context, or provide safety-related resources when you use those features.

Sharing and Third-Party Services

  • Wrenzo is not designed to sell your personal information.
  • Wrenzo may use service providers for hosting, authentication, database storage, file storage, email/support workflows, and payment processing.
  • When you use VIN decode or safety-related features, Wrenzo may send vehicle identifiers or vehicle details to public vehicle data services such as NHTSA.
  • If you create a read-only share link or transfer invite, the people who receive that link or invite can access the information made available through that feature.

Browser Storage and Analytics

  • Wrenzo may use browser-based storage to keep you signed in, remember preferences, cache app state, support notifications, and make the app work more reliably.
  • Wrenzo does not load marketing cookies, advertising pixels, cross-site tracking cookies, or third-party web analytics tools.
  • If you are signed in, you can choose whether to share product improvement telemetry from Account Settings. When enabled, Wrenzo may record feature usage, limit events, and browser error reports to improve the app.
  • Wrenzo does not sell browsing activity to advertisers.

Your Choices and Controls

  • You can update or delete saved vehicles, records, reminders, attachments, preferences, share links, and transfer invites from the app where those controls are available.
  • You can export or import vehicle history using Wrenzo CSV tools.
  • You can turn optional product improvement telemetry on or off from Account Settings.
  • You can delete your Wrenzo account from Account Settings. Account deletion is immediate and irreversible once completed.
  • After account deletion completes, Wrenzo removes your account profile and saved Wrenzo data from active app systems. Service-provider backups or technical logs may remain temporarily under provider retention processes.

Security and Retention

  • Wrenzo uses access controls and service-provider security features to protect saved account and vehicle data.
  • You should avoid uploading highly sensitive personal information unless you are comfortable storing it in your account.
  • Wrenzo keeps account and vehicle data while your account is active, until you delete it, or until it is removed through app controls.

  • Wrenzo is not intended for children under 13.
  • This privacy policy may be updated as Wrenzo adds features, mobile apps, subscriptions, integrations, or new data controls.
  • Questions or privacy requests can be sent through the Contact / Feedback page or emailed to contact@wrenzo.autos.
