No. Wrenzo helps organize symptoms, vehicle history, possible next steps, and questions to ask. It does not replace a professional inspection or repair diagnosis.

No. Diagnosis is one part of Wrenzo, but the larger goal is to help you manage vehicle ownership: track maintenance, save repairs, store reminders, attach receipts or photos, keep vehicle specs, and preserve useful records over time.

Wrenzo does not sell your personal information or vehicle records, and it does not load marketing cookies, ad pixels, cross-site tracking cookies, or third-party web analytics. You can manage shares, export your account data, download uploaded attachments as an organized ZIP, turn optional product improvement telemetry on or off, and delete your account from Account Settings.

A saved diagnosis becomes an issue in that vehicle history. From there, Wrenzo can help you follow it through reminders, repairs, scan-code notes, attachments, and resolution instead of leaving it as a one-time result.

A diagnosis or report is the result Wrenzo creates from symptoms, vehicle details, scan codes when available, and safety references. An issue workspace is what happens after you decide to track that problem on a vehicle. It gathers related reminders, repairs, scan-code records, notes, attachments, and status updates so you can see how the issue moved from symptom to follow-up to fix.

Yes. From a vehicle action menu, Add Scan can save one or more OBD-II codes with date, odometer, notes, and an optional scanner photo. A scan can be saved to vehicle history or used to create an issue workspace. Inside an issue workspace, Add Scan can link the scan as a related history record or add the scan details directly to the activity feed.

A project workspace is for longer-running vehicle work that has a plan, not just a single completed record. Use it for builds, restorations, upgrades, swaps, major refreshes, or anything with a checklist, parts list, target date, budget, attachments, time spent, and project updates. You can also create a read-only share link or QR code when you want someone else to view the workspace without editing it.

A project workspace QR code opens a read-only version of a project workspace. It is useful for build journals, cars at shows or meets, shop conversations, or sharing a project with friends and online communities. The owner controls the share settings, including which workspace sections are visible.

Parts Finder helps you search eBay Motors with a saved vehicle as context, but you can also save part info manually when you already have a part number, vendor link, price, or fitment note. Saved parts can be referenced later or added to a project workspace parts list. It is a research tool, so you should still verify fitment before ordering.

Issue workspaces are for tracking a problem from symptom to resolution. Project workspaces are for planned work that may include many steps, parts, costs, and updates. They share the same workspace feel, but each one only shows the tools that fit the job.

Wrenzo looks at the vehicle history, issue workspaces, reminders, service intervals, recalls, odometer, and basic setup details. Open issues, open recalls, overdue reminders, or overdue intervals can move a vehicle to Needs attention. Planned work, due soon reminders, or due soon intervals can move it to Needs review. If the vehicle is missing basics like odometer, VIN, history, or a maintenance plan, it may show Needs setup. If none of those apply, it shows Healthy.

Open a vehicle from your Garage, then select the color-coded health badge on the vehicle photo. You can also open the Tools tab on that vehicle and select Health. The snapshot shows the vehicle status, counts for open or upcoming items, and shortcuts to the related sections.

You can track completed maintenance, repairs, notes, reminders, costs, odometer, parts, time spent, receipts, and attachments. This makes it easier to see what has already been done, what is still open, and what may be due next.

Reminder Lead Days is the account default for due-soon status and maintenance reminder emails. Individual reminders and maintenance intervals can use Account default or a specific reminder lead time, so a quick oil change reminder and a bigger service interval do not have to warn you on the same schedule.

Yes. Calendar Sync creates a private subscription link for Google, Apple, Outlook, or another calendar app. You can open it from Home, the Logbook Reminders tab, a vehicle Reminders tab, or Account Settings. Wrenzo shows a sync preview before you copy the link, including how many dated items will appear and the next synced reminder or interval.

Calendar apps need dates, so Wrenzo only sends reminders and service intervals with a due date or date-based interval timing. Mileage-only reminders stay visible inside Wrenzo, where they can use the vehicle odometer instead of a calendar date. You can also hide a specific dated reminder or interval from Calendar Sync when it does not belong on your calendar.

Yes. Time spent on completed project checklist items is included in the project total and can contribute to the vehicle logged-hours summary. That keeps a long build or restoration from disappearing just because the work was planned inside a project workspace instead of as separate history entries.

When you save a completed maintenance or repair entry, or add a fuel or charge log, Wrenzo checks the odometer on that record. If it is higher than the odometer currently saved in your Garage, Wrenzo advances the vehicle odometer automatically. Blank or lower odometer values will not move the vehicle backward, and reminder due odometer is treated as a target rather than the current odometer.

Wrenzo calculates fuel economy or charge efficiency by comparing odometer changes between logs with a recorded fuel or charge quantity. If the logs do not include enough odometer and quantity data yet, Wrenzo may show that efficiency is not ready instead of guessing.

Wrenzo compares a vehicle against its own recent fuel or charge logs. Once there is enough odometer and quantity data, it checks whether the latest usable efficiency readings have dropped from that vehicle's recent baseline. It does not currently compare against EPA ratings, because real-world driving, weather, tires, cargo, towing, and charging conditions can vary a lot. If efficiency drops, Wrenzo may suggest adding an issue so you can track follow-up checks.

Wrenzo keeps symptoms, checks, fixes, parts, costs, and follow-up notes in one place. That helps DIY owners avoid repeating work, remember what fixed an issue, and prepare clearer information if a job eventually needs a shop.

Vehicle details help tailor results, safety checks, records, and search shortcuts. VIN can also auto-populate year, make, model, and engine details when available. Trim level stays optional, so you can use the trim name that makes the most sense to you.

Yes. Wrenzo supports smart CSV import from the Garage or Import Guide. You can use the Wrenzo template or bring an existing spreadsheet exported from Excel, Google Sheets, or a shop system. If the column names are different, Wrenzo suggests field mappings, lets you review them, then previews required fields, duplicate VINs, vehicle matching, and VIN-based detail lookup before anything is imported. CSV exports live in the Logbook, and Account Settings can download account data or uploaded attachments as an organized ZIP.

A share lets you create a read-only view of a vehicle logbook so someone else can review useful history without taking ownership of the vehicle in Wrenzo. It is helpful for mechanics, family members, or a buyer who needs to see records before you transfer anything.

A buyer/seller packet is a cleaner read-only vehicle share for sale prep. It can include selected maintenance records, repairs, projects, issues, attachments, and seller notes, while share settings let you decide whether costs and specific sections are visible. Wrenzo can also generate a simple bill of sale from the saved vehicle details.

A transfer is Wrenzo's account-to-account ownership handoff. It is different from a read-only share or buyer/seller packet. The recipient accepts a transfer invite, and the vehicle moves into their Garage with its saved maintenance history, projects, issues, photos, attachments, reminders, and logbook context attached. Until a transfer is accepted, you can cancel it from the vehicle actions menu.

Yes. You can create a read-only vehicle share or buyer/seller packet so a buyer can review maintenance records before a sale, generate a simple bill of sale when needed, and then use a separate vehicle transfer to move the organized vehicle record into the new owner's Wrenzo account.

Quick-log QR codes are vehicle-specific shortcuts that open a mobile-friendly logging page for that vehicle. Free accounts can keep 1 active Quick QR, while Pro and Plus can create the full set of Quick QR actions for saved vehicles. They are useful if you want to scan from the garage, driveway, or glovebox and quickly add maintenance, reminders, or fuel and charge logs without digging through the app first.

All plans can upload supported attachment types, including receipts, photos, documents, and videos. Free includes 100 MB of attachment storage, Pro includes 500 MB, and Plus includes 1 GB for larger personal garages. Account Settings can download uploaded attachments as an organized ZIP with vehicle-based folders. Very large storage use, automated imports, commercial use, or fleet-style use may require review or a separate plan.

Many drivers already track repairs or maintenance in Excel, Google Sheets, notes, or exported shop records. Smart import helps move that history into Wrenzo without forcing every column to match the template first, so old records can become searchable vehicle history, reminders, and ownership context instead of staying in a separate file.

Yes. Wrenzo is designed to work on desktop and mobile browsers, so you can review history on a larger screen, then pull up the same vehicle details, reminders, or records from your phone when you are in the garage, driveway, or at a shop.

Yes. Wrenzo is web-based, so there is no app store download required, but you can still add it to your home screen or app launcher. On iPhone or iPad, open Wrenzo in Safari, tap Share, then choose Add to Home Screen. On Android, open Wrenzo in Chrome and use Install app or Add to Home screen from the browser menu. On desktop Chrome or Edge, look for Install Wrenzo in the browser menu or address bar when the browser offers it.

Deletion is immediate and irreversible. Before deleting, you can export account data and download uploaded attachments as an organized ZIP from Account Settings. Wrenzo then removes your account profile, vehicles, records, history, reminders, attachments, and preferences.
